Who is considered a small business?

​A small business is a for-profit company that is independently-owned and operated, with less than 25 employees.

What is the early bird pricing for vendor booths?

What is the early bird pricing for vendor booths? Closed.

• Small Business $145

• Non-Profit (must have 501c3) $125

• Food Sampling/ Food Truck - not allowed at this venue.

• Corporate $450

Vendors accepted after July 31, 2023 are not guaranteed to be in the program book.

How is vendor space assigned?

Vendor space is assigned by The Healthy SSIS Group based on the application date and payment.  Please note: Two different businesses may NOT share the same booth.

As a vendor, what do I receive? ​

• 8 ft Table

• 2 Chairs

• 2 Exhibitor Badges

• ID sign (Table Tent)

 

Is electricity and Wi-Fi available?

Electricity is available, at a minimal cost.

Do I need insurance for the day of the event?
